Support & Training
Frontier Medical has a dedicated needle exchange support team on hand to deal with needle exchange customers. Members of the team can advise on issues such as product selection, pack sizes and contents, usage data and delivery and any other issue which may arise.
Frontier Medical also has an in-house graphic design facility which is able to professionally and efficiently produce supporting literature either for inclusion as information flyers inside packs or as posters for display at exchange premises.
We can also supply product and pack information literature (including contents lists and returns forms) for reference purposes and day-to-day use by outlets.
Our Marketing department can assist with projects such as pharmacy training days etc. We can help with publicising the day and the Needle Exchange Sales Manager will, if required, attend to take part in discussions or answer any questions that may arise. We can also produce information packs for distribution at training days, if required.
