The focus of this particular section of the website is to encourage and promote the learning and acquisition of knowledge, in addition to a deeper understanding of Harm Reduction, and the drug-associated problems that led to the development of the Harm Reduction movement.

'Talk to Frank' - an innovative new campaign for young people and their parents. It focuses on the most vulnerable young people and on helping parents to access information and advice to enable them to talk to their children.

The United Kingdom Harm Reduction Alliance UKHRA is a campaigning network spread across the UK, as well as promoting harm reduction and evidence based drug policy by writing policy proposals and responses to government consultations; they also have an annual conference, details of the 2003 conference are now featured on their website. They also have several active email discussion lists. If you are interested in harm reduction, we would encourage you to join one or more of our lists.
