Frontier
have a dedicated needle exchange support team on hand deal specifically
with needle exchange customers.
The
team consists of Area Sales Managers, one of whom specialises in needle
exchange, and an office support team, all of whom are highly knowledgeable
in needle exchange/harm reduction
products.
Members
of this team are on hand to take orders and advise on delivery times.
They
can also supply sales and/or technical information, such as usage reports
and purchase patterns, and deal with any questions or queries that may
arise.
As
well as dealing with customers, the team works closely with the Research
and Development department, assessing new products, and also with suppliers,
conducting trials and evaluations.
The team is available to provide training should this facility be required.
Frontier
have an in-house graphic design facility which is able to professionally
and efficiently produce supporting literature
either for inclusion as information flyers inside packs or as posters
for display at exchange premises.
We
can also supply product and pack information literature for reference
purposes.
Due
to the way in which the containers
are manufactured we are one of the only suppliers who are able to print
messages or telephone numbers directly on to the container.
Our
Marketing department is on hand to assist projects such as pharmacy training
days etc. We can produce posters to advertise the day and the Needle Exchange
Sales Manager will, if required, attend with to take part in discussions
or answer any questions that may arise. We can also produce information
packs for distribution at training days, if required.
